DIRECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL
The globalization of the economy, the dynamism of the markets, as well as the technological and digital revolution, is causing the organizations model to be rapidly migrating to much more liquid environments where processes are more agile, structures flatter, organizing themselves by changing projects and having a multitude of fluctuating talents, with different values and competences and, many of them, connected remotely. That is why what is raised here is a new dimension in our action. It is more than an action of transformation and professional and personal innovation. It is a life experience, because only changing life allows me to change things.
